Restricted Med (S3) – Tick this box if you wish to enter the customer’s name on the POS screen each time when selling this product. A message will prompt in POS when selling this product. You cannot finish the sale without putting the customer’s name.  

The restricted medicine report can be found from Reports > Sales Reports > Recorded Sales Report.

 

Beep – Tick this box if you wish the program to make a beeping sound when selling this item in POS.

Ask Price – This option give you the flexibility of entering your own retail each time when selling this product. For example ‘Photo Processing’ where the retail may be different each time.

  

Print Shelf Labels - Tick this option if you wish to print shelf labels for this product after delivering the invoice.  You will also need to make sure the Print Shelf Label is ticked under the Order Settings. This option is usually unticked for dispense items.

Print Price Stickers - Tick this option if you wish to print price stickers for this stockcard after delivering the invoice. You will also need to make sure the Print Price Stickers is ticked under the Order Settings. This option should be unticked for dispense items.  

Re-Order - This option controls whether the product gets re-ordered or not. Untick this option only for the items that you no longer wish to order such as discontinued items.

  

Don't Update SOH  - Tick this option if you do not wish to adjust the SOH when selling a product and when delivering the invoice.

OTC – Tick this option if you wish to be prompted to record the Customer’s name in POS.

 

Price on Label – Tick this box if you wish the price to show on Stickers and Shelf Labels.

POS Lookup – Tick this box if you wish to be able to sell and search this product in POS. If you can’t find a product in POS check if POS Lookup has been unticked. This option should be unticked for dispense drugs.

Export to Branches –Tick this box if you are the Head Office computer and you want changes to this stock card to be sent to branches.

CompoundPro Ingredient – If you are a compounding pharmacy ticking this box will turn this stockcard into a CompoundPro drug card where you can setup the batch details.

 

No Discount – When this box is ticked you won’t be able to apply any discount to this product. This is particularly useful for items on Specials.

eCommerce – This is used when you have a RxOne integrated website and you wish to sync the Stock card information with your website. This option will also adjust SOH on the website.
