Accepting Vouchers

The Voucher should be a Club Item. On giving the voucher the price is $0. When the Voucher is used by the customer accept it as an item returned. ( Sell -1 Voucher ) You could set up a hot key for this item.

As the Voucher is a club item the value on return will be deducted from the sale so that its value will not count towards the next club total.

Including scanned scripts in clubs

If you want to have scanned scripts included in a club, set this up by going to stock card, create a PoS card and under product name, type in "Club Scripts". Then select the club and also select the club points. Save changes. When a script is scanned in PoS for a customer that is in the assigned club, the points from the scanned script will be added to the customer's club total.

It is also possible to separate NSS and SS scripts, by setting up stock cards (as above) for

"Private club scripts"  for NSS Scripts

"NHS club scripts" for SS Scripts

From March 2010  these can also be called "NSS club scripts" and "SS club scripts" respectively
