Clubs, Adding customer

To enable club customer prompt:

When the club prompt is enabled, RxOne will ask if you want to add the current customer to an existing club if the item scanned is a club item.

To enable the club prompt:

1. Select the 'Options' menu from the main Point Of Sale screen

2. Select 'Prompt To Add Club Member'

 

To add a person to a club from the point of sale:

RxOne has one file containing names & addresses. This includes both Dispensary Patients & Shop Customers.

Open sale - Press F7 and type customers name - Choose from the list if the customer is there

If the customer is not there cancel & go to Edit (Top left of window) or Shortcut Ctrl+D to add patient details. Then press F7 again and choose the new customer.

If you wish go to File & print Customer Loyalty Card. ( Prints on dispensary Labels )

Sell a club item then use the up arrow to highlight the item. Add to club will appear. Click on this or Ctrl+A. A window will appear to add totals for that customer if they are in your manual club. Leave 0 if a totally new person.

Finish the sale as usual.

 

To add a customer to a club from Clubs Utility:

Go to RxOne Start Menu, Clubs and Edit Club Settings. Use the "Add Club Member" button to search for a customer and add them to the Club.

 

To add club members in bulk

Go to new sale

Ctrl + D (or go up to the Edit Menu and 'Add/Modify Person Details'  - Add new person - OK

Ctrl + C (or up to the Edit Menu and 'Add to Club') - Add to club & enter totals.

 

‘Merge Club Members’ and ‘Edit Person’

These options are available in ‘Edit Club Settings’ and ‘View Members’.

 

Highlight two club members to merge and it will ask which club member you want to keep and which you want to merge. If answer “No’ to the first question, it will then change which club member it will keep. If the club member is in a ‘POS Family’, it will keep the POS Family link after the merge.

 

‘Edit Person’ will open up the Customer Details screen from which you can edit the person’s details

 

To Prompt (when in Sales)  to add someone to a Club

From the RxOne Start Menu, go to Sales then up to Options. Tick 'Prompt to Add Club Member'.

 

From Clubs Utility, as above

 

Note: if the person is already in the club a similar button will be shown 'View History'. When clicked, the last twenty club items and dates of sale will be displayed. This can allow you to find a specific club item they liked easily.

 

Family link

There is a utility to link other family members to the main club holder.

In POS, select ‘Edit Person Details’, search for the main club card holder, then click Family Details

Select ‘Add Family Member’ and add the names of those you want to link to this main club card holder.

Once done, any club sales from the linked members will be added to the family club total.

If there are POS family members then the Club icon will show in pink.

 

View Club History

When in ‘Edit Club’, you can view a club member’s club history by selecting the ‘View Club History’ button at the bottom of the screen.
