- If a retail price is wrong on the stock card after a monthly price update, see 'Price update wrong'.
- If a script price is wrong see 'Unexpected script price'.
- If a retail price comes up wrong when scanned, and is very large, e.g. $1800.04' then it is probably an 'ask price' item where the user has scanned in the next item without entering the price.
E.g. Item is 'ask price' and comes up asking 'Price?". User scans the next item whose PLU is 180004 as the retail giving a retail of $1800.04
