Relievers and non-authorised staff.

If you do not have the authority to accept the warranty terms and so you selected "I don't accept" when asked if the warranty terms were acceptable, the system will continue to function normally and this message will be repeated every morning on startup for 30 days from first display of this message. Please ensure that someone with sufficient authority to accept or decline the disclaimer makes this decision during the remaining time before the system shuts down.

Authorised staff.  30 day countdown until system disabled

If you do have authority and decided not to accept the disclaimer, then the program starts a 30 day countdown for the system to be disabled. The countdown displays a message every morning with the number of days of operation that remain, and the messages will be cancelled if an operator accepts the warranty conditions on any one of these days. It is the responsibility of the pharmacy management to ensure that their staff know what authority they have and do not exceed their authority.

Terms of supply.

The suppliers supply computer goods and services relying on the knowledge that they will be used in a registered pharmacy under the direct supervision of a registered and professionally qualified pharmacist at all times, and that the final responsibility for correctness of the output will remain with the supervising pharmacist.

If this is not acceptable to the user, they must advise the suppliers immediately that they do not accept the terms and that consequently the agreement to supply updates and continuing support service for the software has ceased, effective immediately. Under these circumstances, a 30 day 'no charge and no obligation' countdown period is provided to the former user to enable them to make alternate arrangements for their future computing needs.

Disabled system

If the warranty conditions are not accepted during the 30 days, the system disables automatically at completion of the countdown.
