Club, Trouble Shooting

[April 04]

Q. When I do a sale the person's totals only go up by 1 cent per pack sold, not by the retail

Price of the product as I intended, how to fix this?.

A. The club is set to 'display as dollars' but the stock item has had its Club Points set to

'1 per pack'. Set the Club Points to 'Retail' to fix this problem.

Q. When I reach trigger point and give an item away they are not recorded, what is the problem?

A. If the item is not part of your stock with a SoH level (perhaps because you got it free for gifts from the supplier), there is nothing to record it against. Create a stock card for these gift items and add the SoH.
