Phoned scripts, Reset in Bulk

If RxOne is not being used to track outstanding phoned scripts, and SmartClaim is not being used, there is no need to advise it when each script arrives.

 

To reset (cancel) ALL 'Phoned' scripts in bulk

AND claim them on 'SmartClaim'

From the RxOne Start Menu, Tools, Utilities, Script utilities, Reset phoned scripts.

It will offer 'Select scripts to reset' or 'All scripts reset' and 'Scan to Reset'. Select as required and press 'Ok' to have the 'phoned script' tick box cancelled on those scripts AND have them claimed in the next SC batch.
