Each patient may have permanent comments, and each script item may also have a smaller separate comment.
SCRIPT COMMENTS
There are comments on every script, for reminders relating to a particular script only. E.g. "No 500mg caps so gave 2 x 250mg". "Dr Script Owing and changed mind next day."
