[Revised Oct 04].
Windows has a built in 'copy text' function which can be used by all correctly written Windows programs including this one.
To copy and paste text.
1. Highlight the text by holding down <shift> and pressing the cursor keys, or by 'dragging' the mouse (holding down the button while moving it).
2. Hold down <ctrl> + <c>. No change is seen, but this copies the text into the clipboard.
3. Bring up almost any other Windows program (eg, 'Word for Windows') and press <ctrl> + <v> to paste the text from the clipboard.
Notes
This can be used to transfer text between most Windows programs. It is useful for copying patient 'comments' text from this program to word processor for special reports, or for moving text within this program.
