To add a stock item
Go to the RxOne Start Menu, Stockcards, Click on the "New" button.
It will ask "Will this stock item be dispensed as a drug" and;
- if so. click "Yes" and create a drug card behind the stock card.
- if not, create just the stock card.
Tip
- Do not create a drug card unless the item really is to be dispensed, since this will also make the item appear in dispensary reports, dispensary orders etc. See below for how to allow 'Dispensing of Over The Counter Products' which can be added later if required.
