Report, Patients Drug Usage drug.

This report has two main uses;

1. Reports who has used particular drugs, for the a period.

2. Reporting to a 'Poisons and toxicity Centre'.

 

This report should not be confused with 'Drug usage report' which reports how much has been used of each drug.

 

Reporting who has used;

1. From the 'RxOne' Start Menu' Reports. Or, from the main Dispense screen, Windows, Reports.

3. Patient Drug Usage Report

4. Select 'All doctor and person records'

5. Select Add drug, and make up a list of the drugs to be reported. Choose either 'Select individual' drugs, to allow any number of individual drugs to be selected such as 'Amoxil 250mg caps' and 'Amoxil 500mg caps', or 'Automatically select all matching drugs', E.g. all

   'Amoxil' drugs. 

6. Add or Remove drugs from the list until it contains what you want then

7. Select OK .

8. It offers a choice of selecting by date or script number. Toggle between the date/script number choices using the left/right cursor keys, and change the dates/script numbers start and finish choices if necessary.

9. Select Ok to start the report, which can be printed to paper or screen.

 

If report doesn't fit on page

Adjust column width by holding the cursor over the vertical column line next to 'patient address' until the double arrow cursor appears. Then hold down the left mouse button and drug the column left.
