To print a 'trial balance' showing all debtor balances
'RxOne' Start Menu, Debtors
From the Debtors menu select the 'Monthly Totals' option.
This will give you a report of the total number of Statements and the totals dollar amount for each month. All months are listed so you can see how many account transactions to have from month to month.
Select the Print button to obtain a printout of this information
Supressing 'inactive' debtors
From Debtors, Select All Active Accounts. Enter in a period of time the debtors have had Zero balances that you then consider the account to be inactive.
