Some pharmacies have special contracts, either for their normal dispensing or for some dispensing done for a specialised service such as 'Hospital only' dispensing or 'Growth hormone' service etc.
SmartClaim can handle this as it claims by 'Quantity - Pharmacode - Patient category' and so the pricing office can apply whatever formula has been agreed, or split the claim into several payments from different sources. The rules do not have to be known to RxOne. In these cases RxOne estimate of the payment to come will not be accurate.
Normally only one claim is made, even for 'intermixed dispensing' paid by serveral services. If claims need to be made to different offices, just send a copy of the claim to the second office.
