Normally restore from RxOne. If DB corruptions stops you getting into RxOne to use its own utilities to restore, it can be done from Windows.
To restore from Windows
1. Put the latest backup disk in the drive.
2. Click on the Windows 'start' button.
3. Select 'Find'
4. Select 'Files and folders'
5. In the 'named' box type LotsRest.exe
6. Select the 'Find now' button. Windows will find the file.
7. Double click on the file and it will immediately run the 'restore'.
