[Revised May 2012]
Go to RxOne Start Menu, Reports, Stock Reports, Missing Stocktakes
This report shows any stock items with a non zero stock on hand figure, that have not had a stocktake done within a certain date range. It is recommended to run this report every 6 months to catch any missed items in your regular stocktake.
Check your SoH against this list. If the SoH is correct then tick the ‘Checked’ box, if the SoH needs changing then type in the new SoH and ‘enter’ (this will automatically tick the ‘checked‘ box). To update the changes and exit, select ‘Save checked SoH’.
Another way to save your changes is to select ‘Save highlighted SoH & Remove From list’. This will save the SoH of the highlighted items (even if the ‘checked’ box is not ticked) and these items will be marked as ‘checked’ and will be removed from the list.
You can choose whether to report on POS or dispensary items, or both. Enter the last stocktake date and check any appropriate boxes in Options. Then choose how you would like to sort the items on the report, and press OK to generate the Missing Stocktake Report.
You can enter the new SoH in packs, and you can also add an additional amount in units to the pack, e.g.
a) Enter 2P for 2 packs
b) Enter 2P+2 for 2 packs plus 2 extra tablets.
The report also displays the generic name. You can arrange the list alphabetically by generic name by clicking on the column heading.
