To use Report Generator for the 'Desk Audit' report for HealthPAC
From RxOne Start Menu, select Reports, Other Reports, Report Generator.
On the available field's window, DOUBLE CLICK on each of the following fields:
Patient Name
Patient Category
Rx Drug Name
Rx Quantity
Instructions
Date Dispensed
Doctor Name
Script No.
Patient Price
Close the Available Fields window by clicking on the 'x' at the top right hand corner.
Click in the white box directly below Patient Name in line with 'criteria'. Once highlighted in blue, type in the Patient Name that you need the information on.
Please note: Enter the name EXACTLY as you see it in the personal information screen omitting the title e.g. Mr, Mrs etc.
Once this has been entered in, you can run the report by either selecting Report and then Run OR click on the red exclamation mark (!).
Once the report is complete you can print it out by selecting File and then Print.
