Provenco Troubleshooting

If a Slave starts to run slowly, and is using the 'Provenco EFTPoS' on a unit with Windows XP, then contact the Help-desk and tell them you have the 'Slow XP with Provenco' problem.  There is a solution in Help-desk's Standard Operating Procedures.

Unable to accept cheques for Provenco

When integrating, go to Edit -- Cheque authorisations

This asks for the details of the cheque account

Cash Drawer not opening on integrated EFTPoS sales

You need to enter the 'Kick code' into the syncro system:

Windows Start -- Programs -- Syncro -- Terminal Systems Editor

Enter Password

Select the printer tab

Double click on the cut paper command

Line should read "[LF][LF][LF][LF][LF][ESC]p07y"

Click OK to exit and OK again to save
