1. Go to RxOne Orders
2. Create a new (blank) Order for the same supplier as the missing order
3. Add 1 item (anything not already on that missing order as this will be deleted)
4. Go to My Computer, C:Drive, RxOne (folder), Order backups (folder)
5. Find the order you are looking for and carefully note the number of the Order
6. Go back to RxOne Orders and right click on the new order you created at Step 2.
7. Choose ‘Recover Order’ and answer yes to the question ‘Do you wish to recover the order?’
8. Answer ‘Yes’ to the question about overwriting the order
9. A window will come up. Highlight the order you identified at step 5 and double click on it.
10. Open the order you created at Step 2. You will see all the items from the order.
11. Delete the item added at Step 3
