To set statement size
Load an account, then select Tools, Options and Printer Setup
This specifies the layout of the Debtors Statement.
The Main details is for the content of the Statement and the size of the remittance slip at the bottom.
Adjust these settings until your statement fits the paper you are using.
If statements print one item only per page
Some Windows programs are know to leave the printer wrongly set within Windows, and this can cause the program paper sizes to be disregarded.
-To fix, from the Windows start button;
Settings, Printers, select the printer to be used, Properties, Paper, and check that it is set to A4 if this is what is being used. Some 'custom' settings are known to cause one line per page printing.
If you can only view part of a Statement
You need to set a printer in Printer Setup, Debtors.
