To access ‘Additional Claim Details’ you must have the script you want to look into open in the ‘Script Editing’ window.

To do this:

1. Open RxOne Dispensary from the RxOne Start Menu.
2. Retrieve the script you would like to look into. You can do this by typing in the Lookup box the patient name or script number or by going to the ‘View’ menu and selecting ‘Display Other Scripts’. This will open a search window with the option to either select scripts from a date range or a script number.
3. Once you have located the script you would like to view, double click on the script to open the ‘Script Editing’ window.
4. Go up to the Claim menu and select ‘Additional Claim Details’.
   

The 'Additional Claim Details' will open and displays the following information:

• Details of what was sent in the claim.
• Owings dispensed.
• Person (patient) changes.
• Details of where the script was sent eg TestSafe, Rx repository.
